Howdy! My name is Jarrod Halbert. I am a native Texan. I was born and raised here in DFW. I graduated from Midlothian High school. I also attended Texas A & M. I have worn a few career hats in my life. I recently made a change so I can help many more clients in many more ways.  I work with an amazing company called American Senior Benefits.  With this company I am appointed with over 200 companies and can help my clients with health insurance, life insurance, Medicare, long term care and other products. 

I am excited to join the North Texas LGBT Chamber of Commerce as your Vice President of Membership & Programs. My 8 years of experience in Chamber management, member engagement, event planning, fundraising, and advocacy for economic inclusion of the LGBTQ community is broad.

Morris owns his own business & is also the COO for NorthStar RFG.  Prior to NorthStar, he was an Implementation Specialist for various industries.  Morris’s background includes Director of Customer Service, Air Traffic Controller & US Navy.
Morris formed & served as board member, VP/President on various nonprofit organizations that support equal rights, child protections, and fundraiser for other community organizations.  Morris is married & has 3 children, 12 grandchildren & is involved & enjoys community activism, volunteering, camping, & socializing with friends and family.
